July 19th, chairman of Wuhan Optical Valley Chinese Sci-Tech City Investment Co.,Ltd Zhang Xiaoling and chairman of Pei Partnership Architects LLP Chien Chung Pei has signed CSTC Incubator Building Contract for Concept Design Architectural Services, which heralds a world-class masterpiece that adhering to the Chinese culture will come soon.

Director of East Lake Hi-Tech Development Zone Zhang Wentong meets with Mr. Pei and his entourage warmly, and inspector of East Lake Hi-Tech Development Zone Sun Xiwen hosts the signing ceremony. It is a pleasure to participate in design of CSTC Incubator Building, Mr. Pei says, and I have been sticking to the ideal that Chinese designers should project Chinese architectures. He hopes that a stream of representative buildings, which fuses Chinese culture and characteristics, will emerge through the unremitting efforts of new generation of designers.;

Ieoh Ming Pei is a world famous Chinese-American architect, meanwhile CSTC Incubator Building carries an important function, the permanent site of COCPD, therefore the cooperation is very fit for both sides.
